Berwick Area High School Stage Crew Headquarters
   
    
The Berwick Area High School is proud to have this club which runs any, and all events that occur in the auditorium. When the stage crew started a few years ago the number of members dwindled. Over the years it has become more popular and we are now at about 15 members. In 2003 major renovations were done to the auditorium making many of the jobs much easier. We now have a permanent sound booth in the rear of the auditorium which houses the new sound board, new light board, and the camera controls for recording purposes. The light board was moved from on stage where the operator could not view what was being shown. The sound board was moved from a cart in the rear of the auditorium, and the camera's were installed during the renovations. Ever since the renovations we have been "debugging" the system, and utilizing new equipment, to create the most professional experience as possible. Since the lighting system was not replaced, it requires far more work than anything else. We are currently restoring the lights to their original state by rewiring some fixtures, and replacing all of the broken bulbs. 
As of spring 2008 the lighting system is complete. Everything is is working order, and back in service.
